Insurance & Payment Options
At GABSOLutely Speaking Speech Therapy, we are committed to making high-quality pediatric speech-language services as accessible as possible for families in Sugar Land, TX and the surrounding communities. We offer flexible payment options to meet your family’s needs.
Private Pay
We currently accept private pay (out-of-pocket) for all speech-language therapy services. Private pay offers several benefits, including flexible scheduling, no referral requirements, immediate access to services without waiting for insurance authorization, and full confidentiality of your child’s records.
Insurance Credentialing in Progress
We are actively in the process of credentialing with the following insurance plans. Once credentialing is complete, we will be able to accept these plans as in-network providers:
Until credentialing is finalized, services may be provided on an out-of-network basis. We can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may cover a portion of speech-language therapy costs. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask the following questions:
- Does my plan include out-of-network benefits for speech-language pathology services?
- What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
- What percentage of speech therapy costs will be reimbursed after the deductible?
- Is prior authorization required for speech-language therapy?
- Is there a limit on the number of therapy sessions covered per year?
We are happy to provide you with all the documentation you need to submit for reimbursement.
